Activities

Carina Benz is research group lead of the Digital Service Design and Innovation lab at Karlsruhe Service Research Institute / Institute for Information Systems and Marketing. She graduated from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology with a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Since January 2017 she has worked as a research associate in the Digital Service Innovation group.
