Smart Design and Construction (SDaC)

Objective

SDaC ("Smart Design and Construction") is an intelligent platform that forms the basis for artificial intelligence (AI) applications in planning and production processes in the construction industry. With the help of this platform, the basis for the transformation of the construction industry is created by making construction in the future transparent, proactive and incorporating the knowledge of all project stakeholders. The consortium includes the Institute for Technology and Management in Construction Operations (TMB) and the Karlsruhe Service Research Institute (KSRI) of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Goldbeck GmbH, digitales bauen GmbH and Bauwirtschaft BW e.V.
