Marcel Fassnacht studied Industrial Engineering and Management at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). As part of his master's degree, he spent a semester abroad at the Hanken School of Economics in Vaasa (Finland), participated in the Service-Design-Thinking program at KSRI and authored his thesis in cooperation with the University of St.Gallen (Switzerland). In November 2021, he joined the team of the Digital Service Design and Innovation lab as a research associate, working towards his PhD in cooperation with BASF SE.
