The Digital Service Innovation group focuses on the evolving landscape of business transformation via digitization and the conception of innovative IT-driven services. A significant aspect of our work at the Applied AI in Services Lab centers on the development and enhancement of AI applications to foster productive human-machine collaborations. To further our objectives, we invite applications from dedicated students to join our team in the capacity of a research assistant. The role primarily entails contributing to our ongoing Machine Learning research projects with a commitment of 20-30 hours per month.
Your tasks will include:
- Support the Artificial Intelligence in Service Systems (AISS) lecture and exercise
- Participate in and contribute to the lab's ongoing research initiatives
- Collaborate in the formulation, writing, and implementation of research
- Support the team in data analysis using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Your profile:
- Fluent in both German and English
- Demonstrated skills in programming
- A foundational understanding or interest in Python, AI, and Machine Learning
- Candidates with a background in either technical domains or qualitative research methodologies are particularly encouraged to apply.
