Clemens Wolff studied Industrial Engineering and Management at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technolgy. During his studies, he focussed on data science, service and operations management, as well as transportation. Furthermore, he participated in the Service Design Thinking program at KSRI and wrote his masther thesis in cooperation with ICSI, University of California Berkeley, USA. Since Januar 2017, Clemens is a research associate in the Digital Service Innovation research group headed by Prof. Dr. Gerhard Satzger.
