Activities

Nidhi Mishra graduated from the Indian Institute of Information Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Technology and from the University of (Bern, Neuchatel, and Fribourg) with a Master's degree in Computer Science. She worked as a Data and AI Specialist at Kyndryl in Switzerland, where she worked on designing and developing AI and data-related modules. Prior to that, she was a Research Engineer at the Institute for Media Innovation in Singapore, where she developed natural language understanding capabilities for social robots and implemented machine learning algorithms to optimize robot response accuracy.

In May 2024, Nidhi joined KSRI as a research associate in the Applied AI in Services Lab, where she combines her expertise in machine learning and natural language processing with her research interest in human-computer interaction to develop innovative AI-driven services.
