Activities

Laura Kienzle studied industrial engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. In February 2018 she joined the research group Digital Service Innovation as a research assistant.

During her master's studies, she focused on topics of service and innovation management and attended the lecture "Service Design Thinking" at KSRI within the SUGAR network. During a nine-month industrial project, participants gain comprehensive knowledge of the Design Thinking method as well as experience in project and team work. Since her graduation she has been supervising this lecture as part of the teaching team and is the contact person for human-centered innovation topics.
