We strive to equip future leaders and decision-makers in a service-led economy with fundamental knowledge and hands-on experience around digital services and digital service systems - intersecting human-centered and technical approaches.
We believe in
- a research-oriented education paradigm enabling students to understand and solve problems with theory-based solutions (e.g., tight coaching of bachelor, master and Ph.D. students and integration into larger research teams)
- the importance to demonstrate the practical relevance of teaching content (e.g., via guest lectures, case studies)
- the use of interactive formats requiring students to „hands on“ apply concepts, methods and techniques (e.g., via workshops or innovative project formats)
- preparing our students for global economies (e.g. by exclusively teaching in English and offering education programs with global experience)
